Season 2026

The FIRST LEGO League BIOGLOW™ season takes children an young people on an exciting journey through the fascinating ecosystems of our world. Teams explore how nature, technology, and innovation are connected while developing creative solutions to real-world challenges. 

Acting as a team the children start by building the various Lego Models which are thn placed on the game table. Then they design and build their own (Spike Prime) Robot which they will then be programming to complete as many missions as possible in the 2 and a half minutes allowed for each competition, they must build a score to win the robot challenge.

As well as the Robot Challenge, together the children will also investigate a specific problem for our world in relation to Biodiversity. they will develop their own solution to the problem which they will present to the Judges on Finals day.

But much more than this our Children will also get to design their own T-Shirt Pattern which will be printed onto their t-shirts which they will wear (and which they get to keep) at the big competition day.
